Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout all clauses and any supplementary documents incorporated by reference:

Access to and use of dadu4 is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant at the time of registration and on each subsequent login that:

• You are an individual natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party.
• You are at least 21 years of age. dadu4 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in alignment with Indonesian adult gaming standards.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will, for personal recreational use, and not on behalf of any other person or organization.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, whether applied by dadu4 or by any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close relative of an employee or director of dadu4 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studios.
• You have not previously had a dadu4 Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

To use real-money features on dadu4, you must register a Player Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Date of birth (you must be 21 or older)
• Valid email address exclusively controlled by you
• Indonesian mobile phone number
• Preferred bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawals
• A secure password of minimum eight characters including uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the dadu4 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts associated with a single Player will result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

dadu4 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval is at dadu4's sole and absolute discretion.

dadu4 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program. KYC documents may be requested at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, when your account activity triggers a security review, or at any time at dadu4's discretion. Accepted documents include:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's License (SIM) — must be government-issued, valid, and clearly legible
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government document showing your name and current address, dated within the past three months
• Proof of Payment Method: A clear photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, confirming ownership matches the registered Player name

Documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. Blurred, altered, or incomplete documents will be rejected. dadu4 processes KYC submissions within three (3) business days. Withdrawals requested prior to KYC clearance will be held pending verification completion.

All KYC data is handled in strict accordance with the dadu4 Privacy Policy. dadu4 does not sell, share, or transmit KYC documents to any third party except where required by law or our licensed payment processors.

dadu4 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following approved payment channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, single transactions above Rp 50.000.000 may be subject to enhanced due-diligence review before funds are credited to your Account.

Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance within the following indicative timeframes:

• E-wallet transfers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically within 1–5 minutes
• Local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): typically within 5–30 minutes during business hours (WIB, UTC+7)

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. dadu4 will return funds received from unverified or third-party sources and may suspend the receiving Account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the dadu4 account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the Player Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active Bonus Balance subject to outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the associated winnings can be withdrawn (see Clause 7).
• dadu4 processes withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes after approval:
  • E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): within 5–15 minutes
  • Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): within 15 minutes to 3 hours during WIB business hours; next business day for requests submitted outside those hours
• dadu4 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above Rp 10.000.000.

dadu4 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their receiving bank or e-wallet provider. In cases of suspected fraud or unresolved KYC issues, dadu4 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation, and will notify the affected Player within 24 hours via their registered email address.

dadu4 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on the Platform.
• Each bonus promotion specifies a wagering requirement (minimum 10x, maximum 50x depending on the promotion type) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%–20%; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sports betting contributions vary by market and are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonus balances and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• dadu4 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, adjust its terms, or disqualify a Player from a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting patterns, exploiting low-margin markets to clear wagering requirements, or use of automated betting software.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

All games available on the dadu4 platform — including slots, live casino tables, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), virtual sports, and sportsbook markets — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail.

General gameplay conditions applicable to all game categories:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that are regularly audited for fairness. dadu4 does not interfere with game outcomes under any circumstances.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform error during gameplay, bets that cannot be confirmed as fully placed and accepted will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.
• Sportsbook bets placed on markets affected by confirmed match-fixing, event cancellation, or incorrect odds (palpable error) are subject to review and may be voided at dadu4's discretion. Odds that are demonstrably incorrect at the time of placement (palpable error) will not be honored.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one or more selections are voided, the remaining selections stand at adjusted odds calculated without the voided legs.
• Maximum win limits per single bet or game session are specified within the relevant game or market. Winnings exceeding stated maximum limits will be capped at the published maximum.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dadu4 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer environments
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or placement of funds derived from illegal activity through the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors and failing to report them to dadu4 support immediately
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dadu4 staff or other Players via any communication channel
• Attempting to access, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the dadu4 platform's source code, security systems, or backend infrastructure
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts or with third parties

dadu4 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices across its entire Player community. We offer the following tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their Account settings. Changes to increase limits take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players can set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days by contacting support.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel gambling is becoming a problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reactivated. All active bonuses are forfeited upon self-exclusion.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. • Decisions made by third-party game providers or payment processors that affect your experience on the Platform

dadu4's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dadu4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dadu4 will notify registered Players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account. Any bets or transactions placed before the effective date of an amendment will be governed by the Terms in force at the time of placement.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law as applied by dadu4's licensing jurisdiction.

dadu4 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. While dadu4 specifically serves players located in Indonesia, the Platform's legal domicile is governed by its international operating license. Players acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their location.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and dadu4 that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. dadu4's decision on all gaming disputes shall be final, subject only to review under applicable licensing authority dispute-resolution procedures.
